Organization of NSS Camp
A National Service Scheme (NSS) Camp was organized from 4th February to 10th February at Wathar Village, Karad Tahsil, Maharashtra. The main objectives of the programme were to understand community needs, identify practical solutions to local problems, develop leadership qualities among students, and promote democratic living under the motto “Not Me But You.”
A group of 50 students, along with the NSS Officer and supporting staff, actively participated in the seven-day camp under the guidance of Hon. Principal Dr. A. L. Pharande. Throughout the camp, various community-oriented activities were conducted to foster social responsibility and teamwork among the volunteers.
The programme concluded with a closing ceremony graced by the auspicious presence of Chief Guest Dr. Jaysinghrao Sawant, Chairman Dr. Sureshji Bhosale, and members of Krishna Cooperative Sugar Factory. The camp was a meaningful and enriching experience for all participants.
