The 2025 World Environment Day calls for action to tackle plastic pollution. The World Environment Day 2025 focuses on combating plastic pollution. Recent research has suggested that microplastics are now in almost everything that exist on the earth, including the human brain.

A world environment Day was observed and celebrated in the college on 5th June 2025 with great zeal  and enthusiasm. On this occasion Hon. Principal Dr. A.L. Pharande extended his thoughts on consequences of heavy usage of plastic on earth and ways to bring down the plastic utilization by the mankind. Faculty and students of the college actively participated in the collecting and eradicating the plastic around the college Premise.
