About MCAER

There are total four agricultural universities in Maharashtra and in order to achieve effective coordination among these four institutions, Maharashtra Agricultural Education and Research Council was established on 10 September 1984. The responsibility of reviewing, evaluating, supervising and guiding the work of agricultural universities has been entrusted to the Agricultural Council.
